Nat Speaking
Nat is passionate about tackling those human skills that make an enormous difference in the way we communicate with each other. As a clinical counsellor and counselling supervisor, keynote speaker, CEO and corporate trainer, her innate talent for spotting the gaps and leading from the heart mean Nat understands the complex relationships and dynamics that exist in every person, every day.
Nat loves to work with curious and adaptable minds to guide them to the next level, and help fixed thinkers understand where they fit in the world, with a goal of enhancing everyone's understanding of their own personal dynamics, so they can better navigate the world around them.
As a speaker, Nat brings passion, engagement and critical thinking with clear action and lessons. She’ll share how your attendees can implement key skills to communicate and utilise what they learn more effectively. Nat's natural energy and warmth enable her to create engaging and digestible presentations for your team or organisation.
She speaks on mental health, workplace culture, skills and strengths building, and stress and conflict management.

“Talking about the things we should know about ourselves (but possibly don’t).”
Self-knowledge is the key to stress management and optimising opportunity, yet it is the one thing we are rarely encouraged to explore, mostly because we can’t physically see it.
Over the years, Nat has translated a series of mental health concepts into everyday human language that, when paired with real life stories and events to make them visible, can minimise judgement and maximise a clarity that opens the minds of your audience, empowering them to make more informed decisions about all aspects of life.
“Trust yourself so you can better navigate the rest of the world.”
The first 18 months of our lives is when we learn and develop the human instinct of trust. As we add in life experiences, individual personality traits and the world wide web, it’s no wonder our trust compass loses its direction, and as a result, puts us in a defensive role to protect ourselves from each other and challenging situations.
Finding your “true North” in the world of trust gives you clarity around your own boundaries, which in turn enables you to navigate your responses toward whatever the world throws at you.
